Going after the ASK!  Whether it was that promotion, the salary raise, or the support I needed to juggle my home and work life, I opened my mouth and spoke up.

I have always been known to be bold, fearless and determined. I purposefully show up at work to lead massive digital transformation projects, to serve the employee resource groups, and to mentor newcomers to the company.

My life's mantra of "Closed Mouths Don't Get Fed" is a constant reminder to push for the things I want, and more importantly, the things that I need. I encourage you to do the same and shift your perspective with this in motto mind.
